Dual Agency

Dear fellow Realtors!

While I was attending school to acquire my real estate license in Texas, one of the teachers suggested we should be getting a Mortgage License which at the time, I thought the current classes were overwhelming, and there's no way I will be getting another license on top of the classes I was taking, so I ignore that option, forwarding to a few months later, I realize i was referring clients to loan officers, as you know we realtors are the main lead source for loan officers, so I decided to get my license and take care of my clients myself by guiding them on the best product that would suit their needs better. Have a better knowledge of the lending world allows me to position myself as an expert in the field and more competitive.

Great decision!

I am able to originate loans in Texas for the leads my RE broker gives me and assist with finding properties to the leads my Lender Broker gives me!

I live in a happy place now!, both of my brokers provide leads to me on a daily basis and I have more options now, either structuring a DSCR loan for an investor and help him out finding properties, that only one of many scenarios, regardless the current market situation, by having more licenses under your belt will give you a better chance to stay on top and profitable.

Mortgage Calculator, is a Lender and a broker, they offer a course referral, to get the MLO course training, (half priced & refundable), this is an online course  can study at your own pace.

The course is easy to navigate and I was able to pass the test at the first attempt, with no prior experience before I think this is quite an accomplishment! so I am blessed! and grateful.

If you would like to explore and see if this would be a possibility for you, I'll drop this
