You worked so hard to get your Real Estate License and get excited to get out there and make BIG money. But nobody tell you what is the next step to make it happen, I had to joined so many Brokers, big names, medium, small offices, local, international, I was part of teams, I was a solo agent, different business models, different payment structures.

Sounds like a Dream uh? well, that is what I found in Dalton Wade, sure, there's other's brokerages that can give you zillow leads "free", but at the end of the day your commission is very low, others gives you listings but you end up feeling guilty for offering "guaranteed offers" to distressed homeowners, and misleading is not my thing. Commissions on those are laughable and you will put more miles on your vehicles in a month than a year,

At the end of the day you are a Business owner and need a good foundation to scale your business, that's the mentality we all should have, get the basis covered and create a referral based business where you will get paid 100% commissions. We are all building to have a better life and a greater future, to leave a legacy while blessing others.
